OLD SPARTA, RENOVATION

• This sensitive renovation of an 18th c house with a 1921 addition by Shreve Lamb and Harmon in Westchester County was the result of the clear vision of our artistic clients • The majority of the original Colonial Revival elements were retained • Simple and classic interior and exterior finishes are combined with bespoke fixtures and antique hardware • The new kitchen and bathrooms use Belgian blue stone and Arabascato marble slabs for a Modern aesthetic • The highlight of the house is the dining room that is lined in raw, quarter sawn white oak pegged paneling • All plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems were updated •
