MONTECITO RENOVATION

• We worked alongside accomplished decorator Suzanne Rheinstein in the total transformation of her c. 1971 California ranch style weekend house • Given the restrictive site requirements, we preserved the footprint and roofline of the house while recladding it in flat clay roof tiles and stucco walls, along with a new entry courtyard, windows, and doors • North-facing windows and doors were enlarged to take in the awe-inspring view of the San Ysidro Mountain Range to the north • Landscape design by Nancy Goslee Power •
